Stone Daisy is our beer brand. Witch marks are often referred to as hexafoils or daisy wheels and with our 'daisy wheels' carved in stone, Stone Daisy was an obvious name for the brewery that not only produces the beer wash that is distilled to make our whisky new make spirit but also our range of cask, keg, canned and bottled beers.
Our cask conditioned beers are sold across a growing number of local and regional pubs. The addition of three new fermenting vessels with chilling capability allows us to produce the 'bright' beer that goes in to the kegs, cans and bottles - available from local reatailers, from our online shop, and nationwide though a number of distributors.
We're proud of our beer, made by our award winning head brewer (and head distiller and Founder!), Eddie; there is a clear link between a great whisky and quality beer - one of the two of which we already know we are good at making!
Our focus for beer sales is very much local and regional; whilst we seek an ultra-premium positioning for our Witchmark brand our path for Stone Daisy is to deliver products with a more irreverent appeal.
